DID YOU KNOW THAT ABOUT 8 OUT OF 10 WOMEN ARE WEARING THE WRONG SIZE BRA? ARE YOU ONE OF THEM??

Your body weight constantly fluctuates so whether you are gaining, losing, or have chosen to change your level of daily activity and exercise, this directly affects the size of your breasts.

An easy way to figure out whether you are wearing a size too large or small is to look at yourself in your everyday bra in front of a mirror and ask these questions:

  • Are you seeing spillage over your cups and band?
  • Are your straps leaving red marks on your shoulders?
  • Are your straps slipping off your shoulders every few minutes?
  • Do you feel the need to take off your bra as soon as you return home after a day of activity?
  • Is there a gap between your cups and your breasts?
  • Is the band riding up in the back?

Once you figure out that you are indeed wearing the wrong size, it’s time to figure out your actual size. Start by putting on your ‘everyday’ bra. Make sure it does not have any padding in it. You want your shape to be natural, not enhanced, so that you can truly find your actual size.

  1. 1. MEASURE YOUR BAND SIZE:
    • Using a tape measure, measure underneath your arms, across your back and top portion of your chest.
    • Check the measurement. If the number is even this equals your band size. If the number is odd, add 1 inch to that number which will give you your true band size.

  2. 2. MEASURE YOUR CUP SIZE:
    • Take the tape measure and loosely measure youself around the fullest area of your bust.
    • Next, subtract your band measurement you just took, from your bust measurement.
