OLGA collects information from you and your computer in an effort to: improve your experience on our site; improve our site, products and services; and/or communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions.
To serve you better, the personal and contact information you supply to us will be added to our customer database and mailing list. From time to time, you may receive periodic mailings or emails from us about our products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive such emails or mailings from us, please contact us via email at ContactUs@OlgaIntimates.com, include your name and address as it was supplied to us, with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
OLGA may disclose your information in connection with law enforcement, fraud prevention, or other legal action as required by law or regulation, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect us, our systems, our customers, or the public.
OLGA may combine information collected from you with demographic and other information that is publicly available or that we obtain from third parties. OLGA may use this combined information for the purposes described above.
Your personal and contact information is stored on servers located in the United States. Though we use multiple technologies and tools to protect your personal and contact information against unauthorized disclosure and use, no method of securing data is foolproof or completely effective, and third parties may unlawfully access or intercept data transmissions, communications or stored data, and may unlawfully use the data. Thus, although we take reasonable measures to protect the private data that we hold, we cannot guarantee that your personal and contact information will remain private or secure.
Use of Third Parties
OLGA may contract with unaffiliated third parties to: assist us in providing our products and services to you; assist in maintaining and managing customer information to provide customer and internet services; take and fulfill orders; conduct promotions and surveys; or more effectively communicate with our customers. These companies are contractually-restricted from using your information other than to help us as described above. OLGA does not authorize any unaffiliated third party to make any other use of your information.

How to Opt-Out
OLGA will add you to our mailing lists when you supply us with your contact information. Sometimes OLGA makes our mailing list available to carefully screened companies whose products and services might interest you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please contact us via email. Include your name and address as it was supplied to us, and indicate "Do Not Share".
You have the option of deciding not to receive any of our future mailings each time you register for any of our services or any time you order anything online from us. We make information, including personal information, available to a select group of companies that we think may have products, contests, or services that you would enjoy. If you do not want to receive these messages, click here to send us an email to remove your name from the list. Please include your full name and address and specify "no mail".
If you do not want to receive messages from third parties, please send us an email at ContactUs@OlgaIntimates.com. Please include your full name, street address, email address and the mailing label from a prior order or mailing if possible and specify that you do not wish to receive third party mailings.
Your California Privacy Rights
Beginning January 1, 2005, under California law, if you are a resident of California, you may make a written request to OLGA about how we have shared your personal customer information with select third parties for their direct marketing purposes. In response to your written request, OLGA will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and address. Cookies and Persistent User Identifications
OLGA's Website is a general audience website. On OLGA, we do not currently knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If, in the future, we collect personally identifiable information from children on the Website, we will do so in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq.) including, without limitation, obtaining necessary parental consent.
